Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience in power generation/HVAC.
• 6+ years of operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years of direct management of technical staff.
• 5+ years of P&L management or reporting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and safety-focused skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership for Lithonia Service Center.
• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers.
• Coach and develop 10+ technical employees.
• Coordinate technician and contract labor for job execution.
• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the service center.
• Ensure timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet.
• Partner with sales, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Act as safety lead for the location including toolbox talks.
