Job summary

• Prepares and manages safety procedures per company and government guidelines.
• Develops action plans to meet productivity, load average, cube utilization, and service targets.
• Collaborates with Central Dispatch to plan line haul movements.
• Schedules employees based on hours planning, run bid process, and service requirements.
