Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide advanced help desk and on-site support for radiology systems across departments. You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues, and triage incidents with cross-functional IT teams.

A strong healthcare IT background and patient-focused service are essential. The role offers flexible remote schedules and a path to contribute to uptime, reliability, and continuous process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support preferred.
  • Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency.
  • Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues across devices and peripherals.
  • Triage and manage escalated or high-priority incidents, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams as needed.
  • Support operations during planned and unplanned downtime, following established downtime procedures.
  • Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow, communicate updates and resolutions clearly, and contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge documentation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The hourly range for this position is $24.78 - $25.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
