Job summary

Sapp Bros, Inc. in Tocquerville, Utah is seeking a Service Center Advisor for evenings and weekends to provide excellent customer service, greet customers, and handle service tickets in a fast-paced diesel maintenance environment.

The role requires prior service advisor experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous customer service and build strong relationships
• Manage the service process from initial customer contact through completion
• Write and oversee work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Assign work to technicians and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries efficiently
• Assist with parts, inventory, and over-the-counter sales
• Support fleet account customers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Service Center Advisor for Evenings and Weekends. Full Time. Starting pay range is between $15.00 - $18.00 an hour

Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Tocquerville, Utah. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle service needs, and managing service tickets in a fast-paced diesel maintenance environment.
