Sapp Bros, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department at our St. George location in Utah.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, developing technicians, and delivering safe, high‑quality repairs for diesel and heavy‑duty trucks. You’ll drive daily operations, customer service excellence, and department growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of service management in diesel repair, strong people management skills, and a commitment to safety and customer

Sapp Bros. is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. We're seeking a hands-on leader with a background in diesel or heavy-duty truck repair, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you'll oversee daily shop operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our customers' satisfaction.

Requirements
