Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department in St. George, UT. You will be hands-on, supervise daily shop operations, and develop your team while ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Sapp Bros. is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. We're seeking a hands-on leader with a background in diesel or heavy-duty truck repair, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you'll oversee daily shop operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our customers' satisfaction.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of service management experience in diesel repair, heavy-duty trucks, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading and developing a team.

• A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy service environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
