Sapp Bros is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, answer vehicle inquiries, and write service tickets in a fast-paced diesel maintenance shop. The role focuses on delivering 5-star service with safety and professionalism.

You will manage the service process from intake to completion, build strong customer relationships, and support inventory and fleet accounts. Join a team committed to Blessing and Serving others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Manage the service process from initial contact to completion.
• Ensure vehicles follow lock-out/tag-out safety procedures.
• Assign work orders to technicians and monitor completion.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
• Support over-the-counter sales and fleet accounts.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll build strong customer relationships and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. You'll oversee the service process from start to finish, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
