Qualifications

Technical skills and practical hardware/software knowledge are required.
On-call participation may be required in the future.
Good problem-solving and customer-facing abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

Break/fix end-user hardware issues.
Break/fix customer software used for staging equipment.
Deploy inventory following client guidelines.
Perform on-site deliveries.
Learn to use VNET RMM systems.
Maintain VNET deployment systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
