Uftring Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC/Warranty Administrator to support Service growth by handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, and processing warranty claims. The role offers an annual salary between $45,000 and $60,000, with hourly components and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Well versed in warranty coverage and guidelines.
• Basic technical background and understanding of mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service appointment calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule Service appointments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Help maintain high appointment show rates and customer retention.
• Follow dealership scripts, processes, and communication standards.
• Maintain relationships with factory reps and staff members.
• Stay well versed on warranty coverage.
• Maintain warranty receivables within factory and dealership guidelines.
• ALL warranty claim repair orders are to be closed upon submission.
• Maintain warranty rejection rate below zone average.
• Additional Service and Parts administrative duties as assigned.
