Job summary

Uftring Auto Group in Peoria, IL is hiring a Service BDC/Warranty Administrator to support our Service growth by managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and processing warranty claims.

The role is full-time, with an annual salary of $45,000 to $60,000 plus monthly bonuses, and the opportunity to advance within a long-standing, award-winning team. Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Well versed in warranty coverage and guidelines.
• Basic technical background and understanding of mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of alternate transportation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service appointment calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule Service appointments
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Help maintain high appointment show rates and customer retention
• Follow dealership scripts, processes, and communication standards
• Maintain relationships with factory reps and staff members
• Stay well versed on warranty coverage
• Maintain warranty receivables within factory and dealership guidelines
• ALL warranty claim repair orders are to be closed upon submission
• Maintain warranty rejection rate below zone average
• Additional Service and Parts administrative duties as assigned

The Service BDC & Warranty Administrator supports Service growth by managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and accurately processing warranty claims.

The compensation for the Service BDC/Warranty Administrator is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. This includes hourly wages and monthly bonuses.

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday: Flexible schedule, either 7:30am.- 4:30pm or 8:00am- 5:00pm

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• The compensation for the Service BDC/Warranty Administrator expected Annual Salary is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. This is an hourly position with monthly bonuses.
