• Responding to incoming internet and phone inquiry leads.
• Following up with clients to schedule daily appointments with Service or Sales.
• Greeting and introducing clients to sales representatives.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Making outbound calls to meet department goals.
• Maintaining and processing customer information in the Dealer CRM.
