Turner Kia in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, and to book service appointments for the Service Department.

You will enter customer information into the dealership database, follow up with customers to determine satisfaction, and generate service leads while supporting the sales and service teams in a busy BDC office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Service BDC experience preferred.
• Proficient in email, telephone and text communications.
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle 80-100 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Set service appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter customer information into the dealership database.
• Follow up with customers to determine satisfaction.
• Develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Communicate with internet customers by phone, email or text.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealership products and services.
