Turner Kia in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to handle high-volume customer inquiries and to set service appointments for the service department. You will be the face of our busy BDC, communicating via phone, email and text, and maintaining a strong customer database to drive repeat business.

The role emphasizes meeting service goals through proactive follow-up, effective rapport-building, and the ability to handle 80–100 inbound/outbound calls per day

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Previous Service BDC experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Competent in communicating through email, telephone and text.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Tenacious, yet professional follow up with customer base.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Flexibility to rotate day or evening shift.
• Ability to overcome challenges and be able to handle high-volume.
• Excellent follow up skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects by phone, email or text.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Set Service appointments for customers to visit our Service Department.
• Utilize the hands-on training and coaching provided to effectively build rapport with customers, overcome concerns and objection, and motivate customers to make appointments.
• Help dealership achieve sales and service goals by developing business and following up on opportunities.
