Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for service customers via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups for service reminders and maintenance recommendations.
• Enter and update customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to maximize appointment retention.
• Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
