Job summary

Art Moehn Auto Group seeks a Service BDC Representative to assist customers by phone, email, text, and chat, schedule service appointments, and deliver an outstanding experience.

You will join a friendly, customer-focused team in Jackson, MI, with Monday–Friday hours, base compensation plus performance-based pay, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus.

• Professional written grammar and spelling.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls.

• Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and chat inquiries; maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Meet daily performance goals.
• Learn and promote dealership services and programs, including outbound phone calls.
