Bram Auto Group in The Bronx, NY is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to handle scripted and unscripted inbound and outbound calls and set appointments for the Service Department. This full-time role joins a large family-owned dealer group serving New York and New Jersey for over 50 years.

You will maintain high customer satisfaction, stay professional on calls, monitor leads, and collaborate with service advisors to schedule service appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
• Dealership BDC or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism on calls and follow process.

Responsibilities

• Handle scripted and unscripted inbound and outbound calls.
• Set appointments for the Service Department.
• Maintain excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on each call.
• Monitor and contact dealership and third party leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate with service advisors to schedule service appointments.
• Explain the repair process to customers.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to managers as needed.
• Direct customers to appropriate departments.
• Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction.
