Lithia & Driveway seeks a Service BDC Administrator for Honolulu Ford in Honolulu, HI. You will schedule service appointments, greet clients, and coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth visits. You will also handle warranty claims and provide essential administrative support to the service team.

The ideal candidate has automotive and customer service experience, plus warranty claims know-how. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow are offered.

Competenze

• Automotive experience required (1+ years).
• Customer service experience required (2+ years).
• Warranty/claims experience preferred (1+ years).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Schedule service appointments by phone, email, and in person.
• Welcome clients to the Service Area and escort to the advisor.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to match clients with available advisors.
• Prepare warranty repair orders and process warranty claims promptly.
• Maintain records and communicate with manufacturers and warranty companies.
