Harnish Auto Family in Washington state is seeking a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our service department by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. No automotive background required—experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or a call center is welcome.

We provide training and a supportive team environment in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.

• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently.
