Nucar Family of Dealerships in Delaware is seeking a Service Business Development Representative to boost service traffic by handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and securing solid appointments for the service department.

You will answer calls and online inquiries, log customer details, schedule appointments, greet walk-in customers, and uphold policies while promoting promotions to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound service calls.
• Ability to log customer details accurately in the system.
• Proven ability to schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows.
• Strong greeting and service for walk-in customers.
