Dan Cummins Auto Group is hiring a service scheduler to assist customers with their service appointment scheduling needs for the express and main shops across the auto groups four service centers. Duties Include:
*Provide efficient and friendly service scheduling experience for our customers on the phone
*Execute manufacturer campaigns using scripts and templates
*Assist customers with service and parts needs pertaining to maintaining their vehicles
