Capital Ford of Wilmington is hiring a Service BDC Representative to manage inbound internet and phone inquiries, generate service appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will handle communications via phone and email, promote current service promotions, and maintain follow-up with customers to secure repeat business and referrals. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
