Job summary

Poway Honda, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Service BDC Associate to generate service appointments and manage inquiries via the internet. The role emphasizes premium customer experience, data entry into CRM, and familiarity with financing and incentive programs.

The position offers a base hourly wage between $18.00 and $20.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for internal advancement within a large dealer network.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide high customer satisfaction.
