RiseMe in Mattoon, IL is seeking a hands-on BDC Manager to lead a 10-person Sales and Service BDC team. You will supervise daily operations, coach reps, and drive production, efficiency, and growth while handling front-line tasks.

This exempt role focuses on optimizing customer experience and loyalty through active lead tracking in DealerSocket and robust process management, with no vendor stack or marketing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10-person BDC team leadership and supervision.
• Experience in high-volume call center supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with DealerSocket CRM preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and guidance to 10 BDC reps.
• Coach calls and train new hires on processes and scripts.
• Manage lead flow and track performance metrics in DealerSocket.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty through follow-up.
