Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service BDC. In this customer service role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, automotive service, dealership BDC operations, or administrative support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, BDC, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend maintenance services when scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and DMS.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Collaborate with service advisors and the service department for a seamless experience.
