Job summary

Milton Martin Toyota, located in Gainesville, GA, seeks a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service BDC. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or appointment scheduling preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and use CRM/DMS.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend appropriate maintenance services when scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management system (DMS) software.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
