Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our call center team. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and present products over the phone to valued guests.

The role demands excellent time management, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. You will work with ShopKey and internal teams to ensure accurate data and effective scheduling, with a focus on quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to voicemails within the hour.
• Schedule a minimum of 22 appointments daily.
• Conduct outbound calls after 9 am daily.
• Present and upsell products at least 10 times monthly.
• Triage scheduling for Express, Repair, Rental, and Reconditioning teams.
• Verify and update client information as needed.

Schedule:Rotating Sunday-Saturday, 9 am-6 pm.Rate $19.00 to $24.00 DOESummary:Call Center Professionals should enjoy building great relationships and excel at recommending integrity-needed items to our valued guests over the phone. Have great time management skills and efficiency at answering multi-line phones.Job Duties: Answer inbound calls by the second ring Return emails, texts, and voicemails within the hour Conduct outbound calls after 9 am daily Schedule a minimum of 22 appointments daily Facilitate a minimum of 100 calls consisting of inbound and outbound daily Present and sell PPM products a minimum of 10 times monthly Complete assigned weekly outbound list Triage scheduling appointments for Express, Repair, Rental, and Reconditioning teams Confirm and correct client demographic information, including the addition of email and cellular information Confirm transportation for each appointment Present recommended products and services Utilize ShopKey platform, Parts Department & Lead Technicians to create quotes Cross-train to cover in Shuttle & Rental DepartmentsQualifications: Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Flexible and adaptive to changing situations Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette A professional and courteous disposition Persuasive and results-oriented A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred At least 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of relevant scheduling software
