We are currently hiring a Service Assistant at Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach. This role involves assisting customers with scheduling, tracking, and contacting those with upcoming appointments, based out of our Service location.

Compensation: $25/hour + bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor with updating customers on vehicle status.
• Set up appointments for special order parts.
• Help book and invoice repair orders and ensure vehicle readiness for delivery.
• Assist with active delivery processes.
• Follow up with customers post-service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
