MyPhysicianPlan is a healthcare platform that helps individuals and employers access affordable, high-quality care. We are seeking a Member Services Assistant to support both patients and physicians, assist with onboarding new members, and help manage incoming questions or support needs.

This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone organized, personable, and tech-comfortable who can communicate clearly and follow up proactively. You’ll serve as a point of contact for questions, help guide new users through signup steps, and make sure everyone feels supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide email and phone support to members (patients and physicians)
  2. Guide users through onboarding steps and plan selections
  3. Track open support issues and follow up as needed
  4. Escalate complex issues to internal team when appropriate
  5. Assist with light admin and recordkeeping tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong responsiveness and follow-through
  • Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic systems
  • Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or onboarding is a plus — but not required

Additional Details:

  • $16/hour, paid biweekly
  • Flexible hours (minimum 5/week; up to 20)
  • Must be U.S.-based
  • Contingent upon passing a background check
  • Role is remote but linked to our Princeton, NJ office
