About the Role

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–2pm

Full training provided

We’re looking for a highly organised and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident communicating with people, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls and take clear messages while staff are on lunch
• Respond to and manage webchats and email enquiries
• Organise and prioritise emails
• Process client requests such as closing accounts, updating balances and fielding customer queries
• Maintain accurate and timely records

• Confident using email, web-based tools, and customer portals
• Able to manage your own time and workload
• A calm, professional approach with a positive attitude
