Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a results-driven professional to coordinate service appointments and improve customer experience across its network. You will interact with customers directly, diagnose issues, and collaborate with field teams to ensure high-quality installation and service outcomes.

The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and the ability to train/educate colleagues using Renewal’s educational resources.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Field sales, customer service, technical writing and publication, process development, and training experience helpful.
• Knowledge of Renewal retail technology platforms (rForce, Mitel) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and set qualified service appointments to achieve set metrics of service first time through.
• Work directly with our customer to resolve installation/service process issues in a measurable timeline.
• Provide world class customer experience through soft skills and conflict resolution to deliver brand promise.
• Process improvement – provide feedback to improve processes and program growth.
• Collaborate with Field Ops Team to evaluate retail operation performance linked to installation, product quality, and customer experience.
