Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field sales, customer service, training or process development is helpful.
• Knowledge of Renewal retail platforms (rForce, Mitel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and set qualified service appointments to meet metrics.
• Resolve installation/service issues with customers in a timely manner.
• Use script and technology to validate complex services requiring experienced technicians.
• Provide excellent customer experience via strong soft skills and conflict resolution.
