Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator for our Business Development Center in Newport News, VA. You will handle high-volume service calls, assist with scheduling, and help us meet daily appointment goals.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and phone skills, a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), and a professional approach to communication. Shift hours run Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with pay at $16/hour plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Turn conversations into booked service appointments with professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED; OR 1–3 months related customer service/call center experience; or equivalent.
• Master phone training techniques with exceptional phrasing, tone and communication.
• Read, comprehend and write simple correspondence; present information to customers and team.
