Casey Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on scheduling and managing service appointments for customers at our dealership, requiring clear communication, organization, and a friendly demeanor.

The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers about recalls, vehicle status, and service satisfaction, and performs various administrative duties to keep the service department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous administrative experience strongly preferred
• Previous dealership experience a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Must be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team player

Responsibilities
