Job summary

Powell Watson Motors GMC Buick Cadillac is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to manage service communications, schedule appointments, and support front counter operations in a fast-paced dealership.

This role handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts, helps drive customer satisfaction, and assists with occasional cashier duties during busy times. Competitive hourly pay with potential bonuses and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Basic computer literacy and typing.
• Experience handling payments/cash transactions is beneficial.
• Previous customer service, BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and customer inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments accurately.
• Make outbound follow-ups for missed appointments and re-engage inactive customers.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
• Help drive CSI and customer retention goals.
• Assist with cashier responsibilities including processing payments and closing repair orders.
• Balance receipts and provide front counter support during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management.
