Powell Watson Automotive Group is seeking a competent Loaner / BDC / Cashier Administrator for the GMC Dealership service department in Texas. The role coordinates loaner vehicle scheduling, supports the BDC team, and handles cashiering duties to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling, assignment, checkout, and return of loaner vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner availability and customer assignments.
• Prepare loaner/rental agreements and supporting documentation.
• Verify driver’s license, insurance, and contact information before releasing a loaner.
• Document vehicle condition, mileage, fuel, and cleanliness at checkout/return.
• Coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs for loaners.
• Communicate loaner status with Service Advisors and management.
• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound confirmations and reminders for service campaigns.
• Assist customers with questions regarding appointments, loaners, and procedures.
• Process customer payments for service orders and balance drawers.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and protect sensitive information.
• Support a teamwork-focused environment within the Service Department.
