Bergey’s Inc. is seeking a Service Business Development Associate to be the trusted voice for customers calling about their vehicles. You will handle inbound communications, schedule appointments, and support retention efforts with professional and efficient communication.

The role requires strong organization, a warm phone presence, and a commitment to excellent service. Automotive or call center experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Serve as primary contact for service appointment inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Document customer concerns and history in dealership systems.
• Liaise between customers and service department.
• Support appointment scheduling and capacity management with service staff.
• Follow up on missed appointments and retention opportunities.
• Assist with customer outreach and dealership communications.
• Meet performance goals for scheduling and engagement.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties.
