You will handle inbound communications, schedule service appointments, and support customer retention with accurate, engaging service-related interactions. The role emphasizes a warm phone presence, dependable performance, and collaboration with service personnel to optimize appointment flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center settings preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments with customers.
• Document concerns and appointment details in dealership systems accurately.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and service department to coordinate needs.
• Follow up on missed appointments and retention opportunities as directed.
