Job summary

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join their team. The role focuses on responding to internet inquiries and generating sales with customers who contact the dealership or visit the dealership.

You will leverage scripts, CRM tools, and lead management systems to ensure timely follow-up, accurate data entry, and appointment generation while maintaining high standards of customer service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a disciplined, process-oriented and sales-driven role with inbound/outbound calls and internet leads.
• Ability to understand automotive sales and service operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; familiarity with social media marketing.
