Hubert Vester Auto Group in Wilson, NC is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to professionally handle inbound calls and schedule service visits at one of our dealerships. You will assist customers, answer questions, and ensure world-class service and satisfaction through accurate appointment management.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management.
• Proven track record of achieving (or over-achieving) goals.
• Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends.
• Computer proficiency.
• Call center experience (helpful, but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
