Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role schedules and manages service appointments for customers at our dealership, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills and a friendly demeanor.

The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers about recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service, and performs various administrative duties. Hours vary, including Saturdays, with compensation of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Previous dealership experience a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Must be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and managing service appointments for customers at the dealership.
• Contacts customers regarding recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service.
