Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-ups
• Respond to customer leads via phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems
• Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction
• Follow established call, text, and email processes
• Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information
