Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles.
• Strong phone and communication skills.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-up communication.
• Respond to customer leads through phone, text, email, and online inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems.
• Work closely with service advisors and service management to maximize appointment show rates.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction.
• Follow established call, text, and email processes.
• Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
