Job summary

South Tacoma Honda is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will interface directly with customers to understand service needs, explain options, and offer solutions to maintain vehicles in peak condition. This role requires excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We offer a salary plus commission pay plan with no limit on earnings, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the service department.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Helping customers with the service on their vehicles.
• Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns.
• Work closely with other departments within the dealership.
• Reviewing inspection reports with customers.
