South Tacoma Honda is seeking a Service Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will help schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure professional communication from the initial phone call through the service visit.

You will text, email, and call customers, document interactions in dealership software, and collaborate with service advisors to maximize show rates. A friendly, organized, and customer-focused demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, and follow-ups.
• Respond to customer leads via phone, text, email, and online inquiries.
• Document customer interactions in dealership software systems.
• Work with service advisors to maximize appointment show rates.
