Reynolds Subaru in Lyme, CT is seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate may have experience in customer service or retail; automotive experience is not required as we provide training. This on-site role offers a supportive work environment and growth opportunities within a family-owned

Mansioni

Answering inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
Making outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming maintenance and service needs
Scheduling and confirming service appointments
Following up with customers who are due or overdue for maintenance
Following up on previously recommended or declined services
Assisting customers with questions about their appointments
Maintaining accurate customer information and notes
Working closely with Service Advisors and management
Providing a friendly, professional customer experience on every interaction
Helping maintain and grow long-term relationships with Reynolds Subaru customers
