Reynolds Subaru in Hamburg Cove, CT, is seeking a motivated sales professional to replace a retiring team member. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, consultative vehicle sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll demonstrate product knowledge, perform vehicle demonstrations, follow up with buyers, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives. Flexible hours and weekend work are required; equal opportunity employer.

• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
