Job summary

Reynolds Subaru in Lyme, CT is seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate may have experience in customer service or retail; automotive experience is not required as we provide training. This on-site role offers a supportive work environment and growth opportunities within a family-owned

• Answering inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries

Reynolds Subaru is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Answering inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Making outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming maintenance and service needs
• Scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Following up with customers who are due or overdue for maintenance
• Following up on previously recommended or declined services
• Assisting customers with questions about their appointments
• Maintaining accurate customer information and notes

What We’re Looking For

Automotive experience is NOT required. We will train the right person.

The ideal candidate has:
