Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general information
• Schedule appointments in accordance with the timing needs of callers and staff availability
• Route calls to relevant department or personnel
• Inform customers of special programs/incentives
• Make follow-up calls to service customers
• Call and confirm service appointments
• Greet customers entering the reception cordially and guide them to the relevant location
• Scanning and filing documents
• Performs other related duties as assigned
