Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac in Cary, NC is seeking an Appointment Coordinator for the Service Department. You will handle inbound service calls for multiple dealerships and schedule service appointments, posting them in tracking software.

The role requires strong communication and basic computer skills; prior customer service or call center experience is helpful. Hours are 9am–6pm, full-time, with two Saturdays monthly and Sundays off, plus excellent health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to a pre-set script and schedule service appointments.
• Post scheduled appointments in tracking software.
• Maintain and update customer changes in database.
• Contact current customer base on marketing incentives.
• Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
• Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule service appointments.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records in the timekeeping system.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules.
