Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Service BDC team. If you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

We offer an $18/hour base pay plus monthly bonuses, a 40-hour week with a fixed bi-weekly rotating schedule including every other weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and medical/dental plans.

Qualifications

• Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes.
• Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments
• Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
• Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
• Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
